Net4India is India’s prime domain registrar, but now its customers are looking very sadden. It is reported that this company named Net4India of Delhi has gone penniless and has lost its money within the market. On Twitter, many users have complained that no phone call or email is being answered by Net4India. Let us tell you that Net4India is a domain registrar company with around 90,000 website hosting, 1.5 million corporate emails and 3,75,000 domain registrations. The company’s website is also not opening now. Net4India has thousands of customers in India. Most of their customers are struggling due to the recent liquidation dealings while the company is almost on the brink of closing down its operations. On 29th Sep 2020, National Internet Exchange of India (Nixi) has allowed the transfer of dot in domains to other domain registrars. When India is functioning virtually Net4 has disappeared illegally, putting thousands in misery in these adversity.
Many people who have taken domains from Net4India have complained that their domains are being closed with none notice, without giving any prior information. Even e-mails registered on Net4India are slowly closing down. Users claim that Net4India’s Delhi office has been closed. Even phone calls or e-mails are not being supplied by the company.
National Internet Exchange of India (Nixi) said it has allowed migration of websites with ".in" extension from the servers of insolvency-bound Net4India to other registrars to avoid interference in online activities of portal owners. Customers should maintain strong control of their domain and switch from one registrar to a different whenever they sense some trouble.
To transfer domain name to Aj Infotek, It can be initiated a change of registrant by contacting current registrar. The registrar will then ask for confirmation via a secure mechanism. For most domain extensions, it will just be charged with a regular transfer fee. This fee includes domain renewal.
